WHAT TO WEAR
Students must arrive wearing:
- Tan underwear or a Tan body stocking
- Correct tights (if in additional classes pack extra tights in bag)
- Correct dance shoes (with additional shoes packed in bag)
- Hair and Makeup done
- Dance uniform over the top with name clearly marked on all items
WHAT HAPPENS AT DRESS REHEARSAL
- Students arrive, get into costumes and have their photos taken
- Students rehearse their dance in costumes and sit and watch other groups perform their routines
- Students are picked up

The following classes are classified as preschool:
- Tiny Tots
- Preschool Ballet
- Preschool Jazz
- Preschool Acro
- Preschool Tap/Hip Hop
ARRIVAL TIME: 9.00am
PICK UP TIME: 10.30am
PLEASE ARRIVE WEARING: Tights, Dance Shoes & Concert Costume with hair and makeup done.
Preschool students DO NOT need to bring a bag, water bottle or snacks. The show will go for approx. 45 minutes and students will be picked up immediately after so will not need additional items. Students will be provided with a zip lock bag with their name on it for any additional shoes and tights they will need for their performance.
HAIR: Double braids – if not enough hair pig tails will suffice 🙂
MAKEUP: Red Lipstick (optional)
ALL OTHER STUDENTS (6U and up)
When: Sunday 15th December

MAIN SHOW
All students that ARE NOT classified as preschool, will perform in the 2 main shows!
ARRIVAL TIME: 11.45am
PICK UP TIME: 7.45pm
PLEASE ARRIVE WEARING: Tights, tan underwear/body stockings, dance shoes, t-shirt and own choice of bottoms (shorts, trackpants, leggings etc.)
PLEASE PACK:
- Water Bottle
- Plenty of snacks + Money for the canteen
- Quiet activity (books, colouring in etc.)
- Hair and Makeup Supplies
- Any additional items needed (dance shoes and tights, deodorant, makeup wipes etc)
HAIR: Middle part, low bun
MAKEUP: Stage Makeup (cream and powder foundation, blush, eyeshadow (cream/white and brown) liquid eyeliner, black mascara, red lipstick.
WHAT HAPPENS ON CONCERT DAY
- Students arrive 45 minutes before the first show, find their dressing rooms and get changed into their costumes. They will warm up backstage with their friends and wait for the show to start.
- SHOW 1: 12.30-3.00pm. Students will be backstage waiting to perform in the show
- After show 1 we have the most amazing PIZZA PARTY scheduled for ALL our students! Anyone who came to watch the show can join us in the Theatre foyer where food will be served. We will have a spot for photos and plenty of snacks and drinks available at the canteen.
- SHOW 2: 5:00-7:30pm. Students will get to perform for a second time!
- After Show 2, students will pack up their belongings and head to the pick up zone where they can be collected by their parent/guardian.
Concert day may seem long, but trust us, it’s a rollercoaster of fun! Backstage, your kids are having a blast, catching up with friends and witnessing each other’s amazing performances. We make sure they have plenty of “chill time” to keep those energy levels up. After all the hard work leading up to the show, it’s heartwarming to see them cherish every single moment, both backstage and in the spotlight. It’s an unforgettable experience that they truly adore! 🎶🌟
SCHEDULE OF THE DAY
YOU’RE HAVING A PIZZA PARTY?
Can you believe it? The concert is already a blast, but we’ve decided to take it up a notch!
Following the first show, students will gather at the theatre foyer for a lively PIZZA PARTY. (Don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of other food options available for those with dietary preferences or restrictions.)
During this time, we invite parents, family, and friends to join us. We’ll have an incredible photo wall set up for capturing some wonderful memories, and the canteen will also be open for family members to enjoy. So, why not join in on the excitement?
