Check back in Term 4 – once we have everything finalised we will post the running order here!

LOCATION

Our End of Year Concert will be held at:

Erindale Theatre Canberra

115 McBryde Cres, Wanniassa ACT 2903

DATE & TIME

Our End of Year Concert will be held on Saturday 13th December at 12:30pm and 5pm. All students perform in both shows.

See the Concert Day Procedures below for arrival times.

All students participate in our End of Year Concert and students work on these routines each week in class, developing their skills in the process and learning the importance of rehearsal, commitment, performance techniques and teamwork.

In terms of attendance, it is very important that students do not miss any of their scheduled classes between now and concert time so they can spend their rehearsal time together to perform their routines, feel confident and look amazing. Of course, this is only if it can’t be helped and in line with studio guidelines. If for any reason your child will miss a number of their regular classes in Term 4, we ask that you contact us to let us know in advance.

If there is any reason why your child will not be able to perform at the concert on the dates and times provided, please let us know so we can make amendments to the class routines involving them.

A concert fee of $110.00 per student will be payable. This will be payable viw direct debit in 2x installments, one in Term 3 and one in Term 4.

No Costume Fees in 2025!

All concert costumes will be provided by the studio for both the show and the official photoshoot.

This means families can enjoy the excitement of stunning, professional costumes on stage—without the added expense. It’s our way of keeping costs down for parents while ensuring every dancer shines in style for their big moment!

CONCERT TSHIRT

All students receive a concert commemorative t-shirt included as part of their performers fee. Students are measured in classes and will receive their T-shirt prior to the show.

CONCERT MEMORABILIA

VIDEOS

We engage the services of a Professional Videographer. All parents will receive a digital download of their dancers show included as a part of your concert performers fee. All parents will be emailed with a unique log in which will enable you to view and download the concert videos at home.

Concert videos will be emailed out early January and can be downloaded at any time.

ON STAGE PHOTOS

We engage the services of a Professional Photographer who will be taking on stage photos of all shows. Please be aware that they are “live on stage” images and there is no way to guarantee that photos will be taken of each individual child. During the dropping off times, we ask that one parent/guardian comes with their child into the drop off area (you will be directed once inside the venue). Students will then be taken to their allocated dressing room where their group leaders will help them to get ready for the show.

All students will need to be picked up from the drop off point after the show. Students will stay in this location and need to have their name marked off prior to leaving.
