LOCATION AND TIMES

LOCATION

Our End of Year Concert will be held at:

Erindale Theatre Canberra

115 McBryde Cres, Wanniassa ACT 2903

DATE & TIME

Our End of Year Concert will be held on Saturday 14th December at 12:30pm and 5pm. All students perform in both shows.

See the Concert Day Procedures below for arrival times.

ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION

All students participate in our End of Year Concert and students work on these routines each week in class, developing their skills in the process and learning the importance of rehearsal, commitment, performance techniques and teamwork.

In terms of attendance, it is very important that students do not miss any of their scheduled classes between now and concert time so they can spend their rehearsal time together to perform their routines, feel confident and look amazing. Of course, this is only if it can’t be helped and in line with studio guidelines. If for any reason your child will miss a number of their regular classes in Term 4, we ask that you contact us to let us know in advance.

If there is any reason why your child will not be able to perform at the concert on the dates and times provided, please let us know so we can make amendments to the class routines involving them.

CONCERT PERFORMER FEE

A concert fee of $110.00 per student will be payable. This will be added to your account in Week 1 of Term 4 and is due no later than Saturday 23rd November . Students who have not paid their concert fee will be unable to perform in the concert.

CONCERT COSTUME FEE

2024 is the Year!

We are beyond thrilled to announce that, starting this year, we’re moving to hire costumes for our concerts! No more buying costumes you’ll only wear once—just pure performance magic!

Cost: ONLY $50 per routine!

That’s right! By popular demand, we’ve made this switch to keep costs lower for our incredible dance families and reduce the pile of costumes stacking up at home! With this change, we’re not only saving you money but also cutting down on waste.

Here’s how it works: All costumes and headpieces will stay at the theatre—no need to worry about taking them home. Just enjoy the show, return the costumes, and keep the memories!

We know this is something you’ve been asking for, and we’re beyond excited to finally make it happen! Let’s make 2024 our most epic concert season yet!

CONCERT T-SHIRT AND MEMORABILIA

CONCERT TSHIRT

All students receive a concert commemorative t-shirt included as part of their performers fee. Students are measured in classes and will receive their T-shirt prior to the show.

CONCERT MEMORABILIA

VIDEOS

We engage the services of a Professional Videographer. All parents will receive a digital download of their dancers show included as a part of your concert performers fee. All parents will be emailed with a unique log in which will enable you to view and download the concert videos at home.

If you have recently changed emails, please drop us an email at hello@epadance.com to ensure we have an up to date email address for you and you don’t miss out.

Concert videos will be emailed out early January and can be downloaded at any time.

ON STAGE PHOTOS

We engage the services of a Professional Photographer who will be taking on stage photos of all shows. Please be aware that they are “live on stage” images and there is no way to guarantee that photos will be taken of each individual child. All digital images will be provided to parents which is included as a part of your concert performers fee.

CONCERT DAY PROCEDURES

DROP OFF & PICK UP

On concert day, all of the students will be staying backstage with us for the duration of the concert. Students need to have their hair and makeup done and stockings on before being dropped off.

All Bungendore Main Show students (6U and up) must arrive at 11:45am.

During the dropping off times, we ask that one parent/guardian comes with their child into the drop off area (you will be directed once inside the venue). Students will then be taken to their allocated dressing room where their group leaders will help them to get ready for the show.

All students will need to be picked up from the drop off point after the show. Students will stay in this location and need to have their name marked off prior to leaving.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us. We will ensure that we talk you through the concert day procedure again in the weeks leading up to the concert.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

If your child has any Medical Conditions that may require attention whilst in our care or are carrying any medication with them, please notify our supervisors when you sign in.
